Helper

We have calculated lists of SNPs for each trait using OpenGWAS summary statistics and LD patterns from European and African individuals. SNP lists are derived using clumping-and-thresholding (PLINK2) followed by conditional analysis (COJO). The package used to derive these SNPs is GWASum, available at https://github.com/holstegelab/GWASum. With these lists of SNPs, you can then use jordan or polygenenius to calculate PRS in your own data.

Note that SNP lists are not manually curated. Ancestry-specific lists are shown where African data are selected and available.
